Personalised and Made-to-Order products are created to an approved specification and may not be eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellations
Contact AVATI promptly if an order must be changed or cancelled. Eligibility depends on the order type and whether production has started.
